Children's Museum

Nana, Nolan, Amelia, and I went to the Denver Children's Museum today... IT ROCKS!!!!  I have never seen such an amazing place for kids and parents.  My mom got our family a year pass, but it came with two extra one day passes.  Any takers?  Come on, who is going to come visit us first?

This bubble room was so much fun.  You could make massive bubbles, catch bubbles, be inside of a bubble.  They even had special glasses for the kids to wear.

Nolan does NOT stand still, really ever.  He is truly a boy!  However, when we saw the fireman room, he was speechless...and motionless!

Sometimes, our family's mail is a bit different, but like all kids Amelia loves to open the box and play with what's inside :)

Kavanaghs in Castle Rock

Our little family has found a rental in Castle Rock, CO.  We are settling in, unpacking, and having a visit from Nana Roxy while Daddy Sam races in the Tour de Gila in New Mexico!

What's going on with the four Kavys

Our little family is still in the Flathead, but we will be making our trek to

Denver, CO in the next few days. We thought we would be in Denver by Thursday, but

our little Nolan has been sick with pneumonia.

He is doing better, and his lovely smile has returned in full force!

Life Changes

Our family is going through some life changes. Changes that are good, but hard.

Changes that challenge us to have patience, faith and hope. Changes that cause us to think about what matters the most. We have sold our home in Bozeman (to some wonderful friends). We are staying in the Flathead Valley for a few weeks before we transition to Colorado (the Denver area). These two Kavys (Sam and myself) have never lived outside of Montana, so the adventure is beginning!!

We have had two babies in this house, one dog in this house,

lost a leg in this house, and gained a new life perspective in this house!

How your life can change in a few short years. At one time it was just Sam and me,

now we are a family of four!

Potty Time!!! Yes, my daughter is potty trained! I feel that I went back in time, visiting my teaching skills by making a sticker chart, and having rewards!
